By using the 5000taka website and mobile application, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. Your relationship with 5000taka is governed by these terms.

These terms apply to all services, sections, and features of the 5000taka platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. 5000taka operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform.

When creating an account on 5000taka, you must provide accurate and truthful information. 5000taka reserves the right to close any account registered with false details at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at registration and must be verifiable.
• In cases of doubt, 5000taka may request a national ID card or birth registration certificate.
• If a parent or guardian reports that a minor has been using an account, we will take immediate action.

All financial transactions on 5000taka are fully secure and transparent. We support payments through the most popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh.

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered on your account.
• A maximum of five withdrawal requests can be made in a single day.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (see the Bonus section for details).

All bets placed on 5000taka are governed by fully fair and transparent rules. Please review the odds carefully before placing a bet — once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 5000taka reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10 and the maximum is ৳50,000 (may vary by category).
• Any bet found to be connected with match-fixing or unethical activity will be declared void.
• Results are always determined based on the official announcement of the relevant international sports governing body.

5000taka regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, so make sure you read them carefully before opting in.

• Welcome Bonus: A special bonus on your first deposit for new members. A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Earn extra bonus when you deposit on specific days or reach certain deposit amounts.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus — the referred friend must make their first deposit to qualify.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Bonuses earned from one offer cannot be combined with another offer.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing incorrect information.
• If an account has had no activity for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

You have the right to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.
